I never been in a jeep club always wanted to. From Detroit Michigan grew up off roading in the woods with a big group of friends. Now living in California looking for some cool new people that share the same hobby. I own a 2008 jk rubi with a rubicon express long arm, dirt logic shocks all corner. 35s till they wear out then the new 37s go on. 5.13 gears front and rear. CB radio cut fenders and no bumper currently lol.

My Jeep:: 2014 JKUR
|
Post by jrounds on Jun 27, 2016 21:40:33 GMT -8
I have had my Jeep for about a year now and am finally getting around to modifying it the way I want. It's a 2014 Rubicon JKU. I recently did the teraflex prerunner long arm kit with fox reservoir shocks, 35 toyo r/t, and fuel wheels. Next up is going to be a tire carrier and rock rails. I grew up in South Dakota, we always had 4x4s but this is my first Jeep and I absolutely love it. I live in north county and really looking to hit the trails with some locals.

My Jeep:: 2013 JKU Rubicon
|
Post by andy on Aug 6, 2016 16:53:57 GMT -8
Hey All,
I'm Andy, and my family and I just moved to San Diego from San Jose. I've done a little offroading with one of the clubs in the bay area (madhatters), but I'm pretty new to the hobby. Looking forward to hooking up with y'all and exploring the trails around the area.
My Jeep is a 2013 JKU Rubicon, with a MetalCloak 'GameChanger' suspension system, 35" MTR's on TR Beadlocks. I've put a ton of work into the Jeep (most of it done myself), but I'm really looking forward to getting it out on the trail more often and testing it out.
Hoping to see you all soon. Lets go Jeeping!

My name is Chase, got my first car and jeep, a 91 yj 5spd 2.5ltr 4cyl. A bad deal but a good time, on 31's with a 4 inch lift. A few other upgrades around the jeep, but the drive train is 100% stock. I have been doing quite a bit of wheeling the past few months with the little jeep and would love to join into the club soon ,and start having some more fun with more people. Need to purchase and install a couple more upgrades on the jeep before it's totally trail worthy, have a rear bumper/tirecarrier and new lift mind seeing that it rides like a rock, and flexes like a steal beam. Can't wait to be a part of the community.

Hey Guys and Gals,
My name is Tracy and I just picked up a 2016 JKU about a year ago. I am in the process of getting her trail ready. I recently owned a 98 Jeep Wrangler TJ and a 2003 Land Rover Discovery. Upgrades as it stands right now. Rubicon Express 2.5" lift, AEV Saltas 17x9,35" BFG KM2, Front and Rear Havoc bumpers, Teraflex rear tire carrier, 4.88 regear. Next up is a winch. Really want to get out and explore. Hopefully I can make it to the next SDJC event.

Tracy, Welcome to SDJC your rig is more then capable of joining us on the trail. Most of our runs are pretty mild and we have our Black Ops team that can help you while on the trail. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

My Jeep:: 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport
|
Post by outlawrydr on Mar 31, 2017 14:46:17 GMT -8
Hello, my buddy Eric Smitherman suggested your group after I purchased my 2016 Jeep JKU Sport. I have been the previous owner to a 1989 YJ but that was years ago, then I had the luck of having a 2008 Grand Cherokee Unlimited. Looking to chat with others and maybe find a trail or some mud a time or two from now.
I would like to build my from its current look to an Overland Expedition Package.
Cheers,
Michael

Hello, my name is Rob and we moved here from Ohio(Go Buckeyes!) a few years ago. In Ohio I was an avid ATVer for 20+ years and love the great outdoors and exploring. When we moved I had to sell all my ATVs and a 95 YJ Now that Im out here and settled in, these mountains around me are begging me to explore them. For the past 6 months I have been glued to Youtube watching about these epic trails you all have here. I came across SDJC from watching Trailrecon videos and awesome job Brad! Now that I have watched ever video you all have I bought a 2017 Rubicon on Saturday! And boy do we love it! On Sunday I ran Main Divide road with my family and had a blast! It was a easy trail with great views! My wife and I are stoked to get back out there this coming weekend. I live around Lake Elsinore/Canyon Lake area and looking to go back out this weekend, so If anyone has a trail or trails they recommend that are somewhat easy let me know. My Jeep is all stock and Im a little nervous to try anything harder solo and not to mention Im from Ohio and we dont have these types of trails...lol
